WeSolve is a Luxembourg IT consulting practice — database infrastructure, data engineering and applied data science — backed by 15+ years spent untangling the data problems that need real expertise and attention to detail. No account managers. No handoffs. You talk to the person doing the work.
Industries
Fifteen-plus years across finance, industry, online entertainment and more — the same senior hand on your databases, pipelines and analytics, adapted to how your sector actually runs.
Reporting platforms, data warehouses and master-data for banks, funds and administrators — built for the accuracy, traceability and volumes a financial back office runs on.
Production, quality and operations data pulled into one place, plus database stabilisation and migration — so plants and engineers work from numbers they can trust.
Order, catalogue and customer data unified for analytics and forecasting — pipelines and BI that turn transactions into demand, margin and inventory insight.
Real-time player and content analytics for gaming and streaming platforms — high-throughput pipelines and models that keep pace with live traffic.
Policy, claims and risk data consolidated into modern warehouses and models your actuaries and analysts can rely on.
Shipment, inventory and supplier data joined across systems for end-to-end visibility — the foundation for tracking, forecasting and cost control.
How we work
Fifteen years inside database-engineering teams taught us that. So WeSolve is built to strip away the layers that blur the problem — no account managers, no handoffs, no junior hiding behind a slide deck. You talk to the person doing the work, and getting the architecture right the first time saves months later.
The founder
WeSolve is led by Jaime A. González B., a data specialist with more than fifteen years across the full data stack — administration, architecture, performance engineering, high availability, disaster recovery and cross-platform database migration — across Latin America, Asia-Pacific and Europe.
His recent work in Luxembourg spans mission-critical RDBMS migration, Kafka-based change-data-capture pipelines, data-warehouse design and BI delivery. He is currently completing a Cambridge Data Science certificate — because the database and the model built on top of it are the same problem, viewed from two ends.
